Shipping policy

In order to provide the best quality possible while limiting waste, all of our products are made to order, meaning that they are made as soon as the pre-order period for them ends. Each pre order period varies on the release, so make sure to look at the product page for more info on that. 

Once the pre-order ends, production takes around 3-4 weeks, and will ship shortly afterwards. You will also receive an email once your order ships, but please don't hesitate to reach out via email (help@acunashop.com) at any point for an update on your order status.
